Andrew brings a passion for sound planning and thoughtful design to all of his projects. His long and far-reaching range of professional experience enables him to quickly develop design options. Andrew’s experience spans a diversity of cultures and climatic conditions from Istanbul, Turkey to Busan, South Korea & Bombay, and India.

RICHARD PARKS, AIA, ALA
PRINCIPAL

Richard has extensive management & technical experience which allows him to contribute uniquely to the design process and lead all aspects of project development. Richard’s experience includes multi-unit residential, hospitality, commercial office buildings, cultural facilities, educational, healthcare and large-scale mixed-use projects.

DAVID GENC, AIA
PRINCIPAL

David’s unique sensibility to the needs of proportion, materiality and character drive the uninspired to be successful and the ordinary to be exceptional. The majority of his experience has been in developer driven commercial, corporate and multi-family or mixed-use high-rises. He has implemented innovative approaches to design including kinetic and living wall systems.

ABOUT THE BUILDER

Giacamo Caliendo Has over 20 years of experience as a boutique builder specializing in custom single-family-homes and unique multi-unit projects. He has built over 30 developments throughout Chicago with a focus on luxury projects in Lincoln Park.
